i think that with everything going on, the market is not looking at the IO space closely enough to see this particular opportunity.
after all, there is lots of action in battery materials, uranium, crypto, green hydrogen, etc.
even people who are open to IO aren't necessarily giving HIO its due consideration simply because they may not be aware of the company with its new name and ticker
it's an awareness issue. and that will change soon as HIO starts raising its profile.
