The point I'm trying to make - they say they have a vision. They say
"they're trying to create a memory chip that approximates the unique computing traits of the brain - low power, facile learning,, adaptation to environment, and even autonomy - that have been beyond the reach"
They've looked into Intel and other companies and found they're expensive, low versatile etc. Samsung engineers have been working on neuromorphic chip for a while.
So if they don't like loihi or truenorth which chip they've been working on?
These sudden onset of articles and videos of Samsung coming to neuromorphic arena is not coincidence.
