Agreed but also MOU's helps with negotiations with other parties in such a fast evolving market (rapid musical chairs where the music will stop soon for raw material providers being locked in for supply) at present re: pricing and other opportunities. Sounds from the release that while just an MOU they are quite a way down the path.
