    What a mess. No deal done or even lined up.
    What price now? Premium....pfft.
    What's the latest with the change of ownership in Irvine? Still negotiating?
    We seem to be good at negotiating with landowners but appalling when negotiating in boardrooms.
    Are we even currently drilling?
    Getting sick of this...
