Apologies, I shouldn't have worded it like I did.
KB stated that the DLE projects will all be needed. He just implied that these projects would be a lot more difficult and cost way more than people can appreciate. Hence price discovery and realistic price outcomes for PLS product can be expected. Incentive pricing for a long way into the future to bring these projects on line.
