I really encourage people to contact the person in investor relations mentioned on that ASX release.
How can shareholders make an informed decision on the shareholding (and the value of the shares) when more that 1/3rd of the value of the price has a huge question mark hanging over it and mgmt have just kicked the can down the road.......the market hates uncertainty and they have just created a huge one wrt this issue.
Incredibly poor reflection on mgmt IMO
