Thanks for the response and also thansk for the link to the Courier Mail article.

I need to be convinced that we are up against a company breaking issue or indded even to be convinced that this is a real risk.

The reason being that in this very same region of the world we have AOE and their CSG with huge water pumping activities going on absoultely depleting the ground water and creating surface water full of heavy metals. Yet they are able to operate with impunity.

Then we CNX who are intending to go commercial starting with a small power generator. I cannot recall sighting its but they could not go ahead without an approved EIS.

Then of the course we have the entire are littered with coal strip mining, again impacting the ground water.

Surely in the scale of risks, this has to be very low.

(I am not trivialising the work required and community consultation involved, but at the end of the day the hurdles are readily overcome IMO)

Please convince me otherwise
