i love the product when it works and like the direction of the company. Just seems a bit of an own goal by not testing the app enough before rollout and the response to users complaints is a generic paragraph. would be better saying there is an issue with the update and we are working on it. Hopefully they can fix it asap, it has been a number of weeks now. Will invest as I like the direction of the company, but will keep my powder dry until this is fixed as IMO this sort of stuff scares investors in the middle of a cap raise.
