The first pilot plant run did not produce Caesium salts. The Caesium and Rubidium streams were split off and refined later in the lab similar to the LiOH that was produced from plant Carbonate.
I understand that the imminent pilot plant run will be producing this product stream via the recently patented application processes that are incorporated in the plant as is LOH Max.
