If these coal briquettes have the potential to raise CVI's market cap by 6000% then why are they giving them to CVI in exchange for a dubious debt and the future cashflow they would have gotten anyway if they kept it?
CVI isn't bringing anything else to the table. They aren't bringing funding to get the project running. They aren't injecting capital, hell they're not paying a cent of cash up front.
MrAsia tell me why they would give CVI this incredible deal? Are they just nice blokes? Or is this the astounding negotiating skills of CVI management? If they are that good then I don't understand why MS is not CEO of BHP.
