Me too! There's little logic to the ASNOD price as far as I can tell. 8c buys you the right to pay another 20c for an ASN share before 31/7/23, whereas with ASNOC, 12.5c buys you the right to pay only another 3.5c for an ASN share before 30/6/23 (ie one month earlier). From what I can remember from the little I've been taught about option pricing (and that was over 30 years ago), given that the expiry dates of the options are so close together as to make no difference, the difference in the prices of these options should be pretty close to the difference in the exercise price ie 16.5c. And the difference between the price of the options and an ASN share, should be less than the sum of the price of the option and the exercise price. By this logic, with ASN priced at 15.5c, ASNOC should be lower than 12c, and ASNOD is worthless (until ASN hits at least 19.5c).
Could someone please help explain what might be going on here?
