So it is correct Citigold have released a statement to a limited group of investors to the effect that target production has not been met this quarter due to plant failure? Surely if this is the case the same information should indeed be released to shareholders as it is expected to adversely affect the quarters performance. Otherwise one may expect that production is still on target. Is this not an ASX compliance issue?
