G'day mate, it depends on your view of the business may be justifiably trading at within the next 2 years.
You can buy shares via the SPP at the roughly same price as what it is trading at, but you get the benefit of options lasting a couple of years, with a strike price of 35c.
If for argument's sake, you believe AR9 will be trading at say $3.50 (and they achieve that price), you would be able to purchase your options that would have a trading price at $3.50 for 35c.
