ADR is a decent mechanism to get more investor numbers and from our key market no less - good for a global company like SPT, kinda makes a strong statement to the world "we are global"

OTCQX is the best market place, plenty of blue chips here - go SPTTY!!!

CON

shame it's only level 1, but still should be a nice booster to share trading activity volumes

Let's hope the American investors see the value, they certainly got the credit cards.
