spot watergirl... this is a definite change in the pattern of accumulation. Still softly softly but they've obviosly decide they cant entirly do it by stealth with first gas and "producer" status just days away.
Once it moves watch the brokers clamour then... always trust a broker to wait until the stocks moving lol.
