you’ve used the word ‘develop’ … STM website says ‘…discovery and development of …..’ so I’m also wondering if they could become a producer if they came across the ‘right one’, but my research seems to indicate STM experience and past projects is to explore then move to the next one? it would be nice if they did move to produce even if it was to partner up with another? I wonder in what context STM means when it states ‘…discovery and development of…’
