There is a difference between worrying and being dumbfounded why a trial takes 12 months + - University of Miami for example - and we still don't have any results or updates!
It does not seem that complicated looking at the slides:
1. Blue = Defect/no airflow
2. Green = Subtle defect/partial airflow
3. Orange/Yellow = Uniform and good ariflow
4. Red = Heavy airflow and compensating for 1 and/or 2.
End of story. A picture with binary outcomes like an Xray - arms is broken, arm is not. This does not need a 12 month of not 18 month long trial and in the case of iMed a Phase 2 trial if you can believe that!
