5c might be the base but there is a genuine concern that ASIC could delist this stock or that they end up in liquidation, they have barely any money left and no interest at all from people buying into cap raises (if they are even allowed to cap raise after ASIC banned them)
In my opinion there is no reason to take a risk in buying this stock as there is 100% downside risk and only very minimal upside potential due to all of the underlying legal issues they have and the continued failures of the directors.
