FNP's agreement with Blue Diamond must have been full of holes which exclusively favoured BD. Yesterday's ann inferred this agreement was preventing FNP from selling its own branded nut based drinks. Where does enforcement of the Trade Practices Act legislation come into this? Be good to hear the ACCC side of the argument but, as you write @Gibbaz, we can expect zero accountability.
