absolutely teddie, and basically this is starting to all come down to what the market thinks of this BFS. Thanks to that boys club deal with 1800, I think the reaction to the BFS by the market will be much more important than even the details in the document. Good luck going and raising half a billion dollars, and giving a massive chuck of the business away for getting a cornerstone investor onboard, if the share price is down here, or even lower. Might as well sell it all and save some face.
Wait and see if the market gets a bit jittery after reading the BFS and a few big parcels get sold. You watch how fast all those who have a share AND a free option cash in and make sure they don't take a loss in a company they know nothing about. 15% of the company is now owned by that mob remember!! A six year old could have planned it better, but hey, at least all the "expenses" are covered for another year (based on last quarters spend anyway). How funny would it be if MORE options were issued before these AVLOA's even expire.
