Just twelve days ago ESI said :
" The Company is in the final stages of engaging a suitable partner to provide the site for the TinCom production plant. "
What else can they say ? Obviously there have been delays. It is a microcap. The Viet PM's statement a few weeks ago should be enough to show patience.
There is a difference between impatience and deception.
