    The Everest Direct Investment Trust holds around 12 cents of NTA in Euroports...not sure if this is a written down value or face value. I assume that AIQ has a similar holding. The investment is a mezzanine loan to a special purpose vehicle used to finance the acquisition of two European ports.

    Anyone know whether the BBI recapitalisation improves the prospect of this investment?
