The directors have a duty to act in good faith and inform the shareholders of material events and that's not occuring.
If the true extent of something is known maybe people won't make the same decisions. People have made there decision in GGG on the basis of the public information available and deserve more. The sending out a sensative letter by the MD to some shareholders and not others is disgusting.
