I followed the company up with a couple more questions after the webinar. I thought I'd share the response fyi:

Techub initially approached Credit Clear with a view to Credit Clear selling their products/services into Australia. After Credit Clear explained to them what they did and how they did it, Techub ended up signing an agreement with Credit Clear to use their services in SA.

The Techub, CSS and Centriciti group are global and have worked with a lot of technology in this space so Credit Clear feel good about having been chosen to exclusively partner with them.

New customers have come from a mix of other Debt Collection Agencies, other digital collection providers and directly from businesses (where it's by referral, no pilots or trials generally required).

They will be providing regular updates (at least one a month) and I was recommended to sign-up to them on their website (newsletter).
