If they needed to raise capital it was better option executed at 4 cents that would raised approx. $5M. Now if they looking for capital raising it closer 3 cents more dilution. Options has month half need shares to trade over 4 cents it isn't looking good. I think company missed opportunity earlier in year not having option under written what share price trading over 8 cents.
