I think those shorting the stock would be pretty happy as the downward trend resumes. It will likely only be halted with a new significant contract (which these hasn't been for a year or so) or a good result in the next quarterly (still two months away). Hopefully the new sales executive/staff hired will result in some new larger sales orders and not just a small incremental addition sale to a current customer. Below 90 cents today is not a good sign.
