$80 million net debt at Jul 31.
$245 million EBITDA, so assume similar cash generation in 1st quarter. But they paid $65 million dividend in Oct.
This implies $100 net cash.
Add $190 million of notes that will probably get converted to shares, gives $290 million cash pile.
CFO said they have bank facility of $450m to call upon if they need (to end of 2023).
So total liquidity is $740m with notes, or $550m without.
Currently growing at $80-100m per month.
