They won't attract an ESG type investor if they add something green friendly on the side, so that statement by the chair makes sense.
Best to stick with coal and slowly increase reserves and production. Some of the big fish have been extending mining licenses at their coal mines to make them more attractive. NHC would have to be the number one buyer in the market given the debt facility established some months ago.
