My take on the AGM :
1) Debt-free at end-Oct 21
2) Will stay in coal until leases end in 2038-2040
3) No firm acquisition direction in thermal coal or outside thermal coal
4) Buyback is only one of the alternatives being considered by the board for the excess cash
5) EBIT of $240+m was great result
6) CVN's broadened the shareholder base
I was slightly disappointed with the EBITDA (thought high-$200m) but that may be due to the timing differences between spot sales & actually delivery into the ships.
Overall, little further direction on the future, but "something" will be done.
