Why I'm voting against the reappointment of Rhod Grivas at next weeks AGM, page-165

"After reading all the above, my questions and concerns center around the fact that these two Non Execs have multiple positions on other companies. If they are holding down other board positions then 100% of there focus is NOT on ADN."

Imagine how upset you would be as a holder in the other companies they sit on, after JM telling us in his last proactive interview they have been working so hard behind the scenes at ADN for the last few months "7 days a week and 12 hours a day" I believe was the quote!!!

Now don't get me wrong JM is awesome and I understand he needs to show a united front and tow the party line...but for me this is the 2nd one (you know what) in a few weeks, following the about turn on the reason for the DFS delay.
