honestly...I have been stirring you guys too much and apologise.
I dont understand the intracacies of australian law...am an engineer...have done a little law but this stuff is way over my head so I thionk we are all just making heaps of assumptions and wishful thinking really and having a good fun forum battle.

Its actually good I feel as its forcing both sides to dig deep on the info and find out what we can.
Court wise...yeah bit of dirty laundry seems to be coming out but it will all be over soon.
This certainly wont destroy MMX imo...and I know CHM seems to be taking an opportunistic path....but they might have a point.
Not sure how much its worth though...could be something good if they base things on what was potentially lost.
