Perhaps you can point to a small cap share that has been successfully underwritten by any financial institution ahead of time that doesn't have unacceptable conditions attached? I'm unaware of any.
Of course it's disappointing to see the share price down at the moment. But I'm of the view this is a buying opportunity, not a time to sell out. Time will tell.
