@Joehax that may be a sell contract on behalf of one of the directors, in order to raise funds to pay for the 65m 2.6c options just converted ($1.69m), all combined, they will need to sell 44m shares at an average price of 3.8c and believe me they will sell right down to 2.6c if need be.
