No I am not talking about suing anyone… I have no motivation nor want to do that…if the company uses prejudice against a shareholder you can do that or ask the company to be wound up but that is a completely different thing than what I am talking about.
What I am referring to is exercising our rights to call a meeting of the board to ask questions about delays, perceived or otherwise. Milestones and deadlines seem pretty wishy wsshy at best. Realistically I am not going to do that as I don’t wish the company any nuisance by wasting thier time but these delays sure are frustrating when you have a reasonable six figure sum invested and you see other company’s like PRR rally and we sit here waiting on Clinuvel to report someday who knows when.
