You set a target - hit it --------- your brain now thinks - that's the end of the race.
which is fine -------------- just be careful what the body is telling the subconscious about all that valuable store of energy that the bloke 'lost' - it might try to 'find' it again. It does that.
I haven't done my normal 24km route for a while - so, I went out today to do it - didn't go all that well - I can tell - if the gear stays in 6th high - and not 8th - with no wind etc. - something is wrong - either tyre pressure or me - I haven't checked the pressure - but, it feels good to the squeeze - so, I suspect it's me - just one of those days.
Anyway - the french very nicely blocked my road at about the 7 ish klm mark - s0, I probably only did about 15 ish return (via the shop on the way back).
Tomorrow - I'll try to ride the 20 ish Km walk I did at the butchers picnic a few weekends back - I've been meaning to do that - it's a lovely trip and bit of climbing. - That'll also be terribly exciting for the subconscious, if it's still in 'whatever mood' it was in today.
Body and mind -- it's a tricky marriage
14.6 km on the clock today - just checked - so, pretty ordinary ------------ she'll be right
