LYSDY & CF are tracking stocks There price should ideal be the EX rate time ASC.AX rate. Melon bank for DYto that ratio and the market makers for CF have to maintain the price fairly closely. They do this by adding and removing shares. They must hold one share of ASC.AX for every share they issue. On a weekly basis do not have to stay very close but the offset becomes tighter on a monthly and yearly basis. Lynas on their home page has a good explanation of this for DY. DY and CF have been over LYC for much of the year. Recently they have been falling compared to LYC.ax Lyc.ax 6.30 X .73 = 6.06 LYSCF =6.00 LYSDY = 5.97 both 10:55 on Thursday.
