Interesting article in The Australian this morning - "Bob Brown slams Andrew Forrest’s hydrogen push". Essentially Dr Brown critical of Dr Forrest's single-mindedness for hydrogen production and seeking to exploit the environments and disrupt the ecology/environments in other countries in order to do it. In particular, proposed projects in the Congo and Papua New Guinea, where proposed hydro power would seriously impact rivers (and what lives in them) and the people reliant upon them. They are points well made in my view. The transition to renewables has be nuanced - the right solution for the right situation and there are so many potential applications for Hazer.
