You've got an AGM in T-30 days.

You'll have a CEO presentation and perhaps a CSO presentation that day. Anyone will have a chance to voice gripes with them in the flesh that day.

But judging by past AGMs, shareholders will exit everything is hunky dory. We'll get a fresh set of deadlines, a fresh list of all the things to look out for.

Only problem is last year's list of things to look out for only yielded a handful of things actually being accomplished.

I'm now expecting full EPP Phase III results after Xmas. I'm predicting that deadline will slide into January.

Wonder if the old timer on the other board is still alive. At last check, he was in his mid-70s. I'm in another stock that is seeing shareholders literally die off before the stock has done what many expected it to.

Lesson learned - once you hit 60, don't invest in any company that might not pay off for 5-10 years. Otherwise, it might just be your kids and your (gulp) sons and daughters-in-law that benefit from the huge gains down the road if they are in your will.

And on that pleasant thought, it's time to grab some food.
