It won't matter when you send it as long as before the cut off date/time. I'd suggest it will be scaled based on how many shares you hold, that seems to be the standard at the moment. That way they can use the $ efficiently to prevent dilution of everybody's holdings as much as possible. It's very fair but it also means small shareholders will only get a very small quantity of shares and be refunded the rest of the money. I also suggest it will be scaled back significantly.
