Cost of production of Cu 75 cents 1b is very high, copper on the LAM is now over $1.00 two years ago around .70 but production cost wont include admin, interest repayments, or depreciation. Ask yourselves what bank would finance such high production costs. WHy would the Chilians sell a mine and orchard that was supposedly so profitable for a pe of 2 the fact they are short term financing seems fishy.
Maybe I am paranoid but sometimes things are to good to be true then again never look a gift horse in the mouth.
