We could be a little annoyed that this takeover was not mentioned in yesterday's AGM. I couldn't watch the AGM on line as, I believe, the comapny and/or the people running the video hook up, didn't want to you to watch it and ask questions.
I have at time of writing not received a response to my email asking for a copy of the AGM, in particular the Q and A.
