Could be positive if backed by a solid growth strategy. Actually am a bit surprised myself, however, same thing happened last year and resulted in SP rise. Be interesting to see what the CR conditions are:
- Price (discount or premium)
- Conditions for the current shareholders (Options?)
- Number of shares released (dilution factor)
- Growth strategy associated with the finance raised
