I'm with you there ajk92. IMM Chair has both experience and science on his side. The other 3 BoD members are relatively young & primarily have financial / VC / banking type backgrounds. There is an old saying in VC land that a long investment is short investment gone wrong. My perspective is that the Board will be looking for the balance of what would be considered an optimum exit - one that reflects best for the shareholders and their own careers. Not suggesting they will cut corners and certainly not intended as cynical or negative. I would be the first to congratulate them for beating the odds and would wish them continued success in future endeavors. We are a long way from those early days of PRR.
