Interested in feedback on how many took it up, let alone appliedfor more?
It will be interesting to see if there is a shortfall, as sceptical some have vested interest in achieving shortfall to offload to clients, prospective clients, or here I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine.
If shortfall is small, could mean some need to buy on market which could/should drive price back quicker IMHO.
