If I remember correctly, there is a minimum 1 USD quote for a stock to remain listed on the NASDAQ. I sure hope there is news on the horizon for PBT2, because if it is sitting in someone's draw gathering dust then ATHE is at risk of getting the boot from the NASDAQ
