I think you need to just say it is what it is at the moment, and wait it out. You seem to be dying a thousand deaths.

So many assays still to come, and the idea that we won't get bunch before Feb is not possible IMO. We obviously cant know what they will hold, but I am confident they will be decent. (Resource upgrade I'm no longer 100% confident that it will be ready, but hope so).

Whats the SP got to be at for you to feel better to convert? (not asking the at the money level, as you may not want to share).

I'm hoping you get the Christmas present we all want, even if its in Jan.
