Hi WilliamD,

Do you know if the acquisition is a cash only deal, shares (script) only, or a combination of both?

If they can raise $AUD100million+ at AUD50c, do you know if there is a cornerstone investor? I assume its either a large Fund that specialise in the area or its a Strategic Partner that will be working with the post M&A SRJ. I can only see this is the reason the cap raise shares would even agree to be escrowed for 6-12 months. Sophisticated retail investors will not agree to any escrow ...well this is from my experience anyway

If you are correct and SRJ will relist in early 2022 (1st Quarter) this would indicate that there is still much Due Diligence for the acquisition? This would not be a done deal at the moment?
