Ultimately, once its gone through all the rigours that can be thrown at the tenements, it will have certainty going forward - consider this:
TAR could be sitting on another Olympic Dam, and no one would want that potential value be ever put at risk by someone coming out of the woods with some adverse claim.
Yes its taking too long, but TAR can continue with Mt Craig prospects in the meanwhile.
