Wouldn't Amiafish be better off submitting a complaint to the Australian Charities and Not For Profits Commission. They have the power to investigate a complaint and revoke charitable status (if the complaint is proved and is sufficiently serious)
I would be extremely wary making a statement such as "Quite simply, the Bob Brown Foundation is a criminal organisation..." unless you can prove the charity has been convicted of a crime. You might be exposing yourself to a libel suit.
