Tissue Repair Ltd IPO 2021, page-90

Ok I took a $10,000 punt, but it really is a punt as all these type of stocks are. I decided not to invest in IPO but re-read the document again today, and at 67c that is effectively valuing the IP at $16M which is just daft (Market Cap - Cash) , looking at Phase 2 results I struggle to see how this is not massively undervalued.

This statement is based on if I was buying the patents and rights for a good drug at this Phase II clinical trial, in such a good market segment (not super small or super crowed) -I would in a heart beat pay 16M. But thats the cost !!

I do however think I now need to just sit and wait for Phase III and ignore the noise that is going to suround this.
